Our little Avery bug has us all confused by her random sleeping and eating patterns lately. In hope to figure her out we have started a "bed time routine". We turn down the lights and hope to get out the last of her wiggles for the evening while preparing her bath. She has become quite the fan of her tub time. After a lotion rub she is swaddled up, sung to and then put to bed in hopes that that night might be the one she decides to sleep thru the night again.
We are spending as much time in the parks around our home before it gets too hot. Note that she is now fitting in her 3-month pants! And yes, I will make sure grandmas get the pic of her smiling :) she is the cutest!
Here are some pics of a recent playtime. She is loving rolling over but gets frustrated easily when she can't roll back. She is also gaining upper body strength like crazy! And last but not least everything must go in her mouth, including her feet :)
Taylor and Avery were very thoughtful and we had a great first Mother's day weekend relaxing in the park, taking walks together, and the grand finale of a wonderful picnic at White Rock Lake!
